I decided to take up yoga, today. And in keeping with my all or nothing lifestyle, I've signed myself up for a 30 day challenge. I'm waking up at 5 am (not a morning person).figuring by startingearly I would still have to whole day to do whatever it is that keeps me occupied in a day.
I've always wanted to take a class, for years actually.And then all of a sudden I felt the call of yoga, a big rush of YOU MUST DO THIS RIGHT NOW!!! So I looked up what was available, and lo! a local class was starting a 30 day challenge! Did they think it would be too much too soon since I'm a beginner. Apparently not, so off I went... Why didn't I do this sooner? Perhaps it's because I'm a HUGE procrastinator! Well, anyways, I did it and now I feel great; and my butt is sore. So if I'm this sore an hour after my class, how am I going to feel tomorrow at pre-dawn? Not so smart!
